The Association – Orgelakademie Stade e. V.

The Orgelakademie Stade e. V. was founded in 2002 as the Centre for the Promotion of Organ Culture in the Elbe-Weser Region. This area is home to a uniquely rich collection of historic organs – including numerous instruments by the renowned organ builder Arp Schnitger.

The Orgelakademie is dedicated to preserving this valuable cultural heritage and making it accessible to people of all ages. A particular focus is placed on introducing children and young people to the fascinating world of organs and organ music.
