In the Elbe-Weser region, the former Duchys of Bremen and Verden, organs built over the last five centuries are preserved, including more than 80 important organs under preservation orders, for example those of the famous organ builder Arp Schnitger. Therefore, this region is considered to be one of the richest and most varied organ landscapes in the world. These organs, that shape the musical life in the towns and villages, can be experienced in services and concerts.
